Shipping Costs

We are committed to low prices for high quality merchandise, and that policy includes keeping our shipping costs as low as possible. We ship most of our shipments via the US Post Office to US addresses only.  For International Shipping, contact us first.

Return Policy

For retail orders, you may return an item within 30 days of purchase, by clearly indicating the reason for your return on a copy of your invoice. Include it with your return and wrap the package securely. We strongly recommend that you use Insured Parcel Post to return the item. If you do not have your copy of the invoice, please indicate your name, address, order number and the reason for the return on a separate piece of paper. For faster service, please include your telephone number and/or Email address.  If you need our street address because your preferred carrier can not ship to a P.O. Box , please contact us for specifics.

For international orders (outside the USA), there will be a restocking fee of 30% and shipping costs are non-refundable.  Return shipping cost is customer's responsibility.

Please indicate if you would like to receive a replacement for the returned item or a credit being issued to your Credit Card.

Wholesale and bulk orders are final and non-returnable, non-refundable unless we make an error in the order.

We respect the privacy of our customers. Our on-line transactions are conducted on a secure server using the latest SSL technology to protect your credit card number. We process payments via Paypal Pro service for the maximum security. We do not process or store your credit card number in our systems. Only Paypal - the largest payment processor online - ever sees your card number.
