Golfers will stop at one roadhouse, play a hole, then drive
on to the next tee—100 kilometers down the road in some cases. The par-71
course will take three or four days to complete with each player awarded a
certificate.
Don’t be fooled, this isn’t golf, it’s a really long drive
through Australian’s southern coastline, interrupted by an occasional golf
hole, surrounded by the worst sand trap ever conceived of. Whoever thought this
would be a good idea was probably dropped on their head as a child or was
really drunk. They also probably like the idea of a restaurant that feeds you
while you jog on a treadmill, a plasma T.V. that is battery operated and humus
dip on a stick.
In short, if you like
Australia or really long drives
then this is for you. If you don’t like
Australia, long drives or huge sand
traps then this is weak sauce.
Very weak sauce.
